Step Up to WAGE$

Dear Arkansas ECE Providers… We are amazed and grateful for the overwhelming response we have received since opening the application process for Step Up to WAGE$ program. In just one month, we have received over 1,000 applications from providers across the state. As you can imagine, this volume has stretched our capacity somewhat. Applications must be logged and entered into the database. And then every transcript must be carefully reviewed which can be quite time-consuming. If you have submitted an application, please give us time to process and notify you. It could take 30-60 days to receive a response. If you need to contact the WAGE$ staff or ask a question, the easiest way is to send an email to wages@arkansasearlychildhood. Once your application is complete and processed, you will receive a notification about your assigned commitment period which must be completed prior to any stipend being paid. A complete application must include current paystubs, employment verification, and official college transcripts received directly from the college(s).
