Watermelon-Blueberry Banana Split
1 banana
4 scoops watermelon, seedless
1 cup fresh blueberries, washed
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup granola or other crunchy cerealCut banana in half crosswise, and then cut each piece in half lengthwise. For each banana split, lay 1 banana piece against the side of a shallow bowl. Place 1 scoop of watermelon in each bowl. Fill the space between watermelon and banana with 1/4 cup blueberries. Stir yogurt until smooth. For each banana split, spoon 1/4 cup yogurt over watermelon scoop. Sprinkle with granola.
